I am, but my mileage targets are a little less ambitious right now, I’ve not ridden for 5-6 years, so it’s slow n steady for me. I’ll settle for getting 10-15 mile in the legs.

Trying to get back out in the bike, i do a nice little 16 mile circuit.

Looking to expand it a bit, and take in the hills around beachy head.

We all start somewhere.

I dusted off the bike after several years of inaction earlier this summer and have building the milage up gradually. I'm never going to win the tour de France but I still enjoy it ??

I don't know that area at all, but I imagine the scenery around the cliffs is quite spectacular. And quite hilly too!

"193 miles next weekend, keeping it easy this one!"

Surely you'll go for the 200!?!?

I'm a Strava whore, I couldn't finish at a non-round number!

I generally work in KM and it’s already over 300 of those, but if I feel ok at the finish line I’ll keep going as long as the Garmin still has battery!

15 hours session, pumping the big ring, occasionally reapplying the ass cream, and other euphemistic notions
