"The doctors The hospital Frankly any type of call centre I got a letter yesterday for my second post-surgery check, which is nearly a year overdue but it's at exactly the same time as a pain clinic appointment. I had to fill in an online form to rearrange the pain clinic because the phones just disconnected. I have no idea if the form will achieve anything though!
