Oats with oat bran, sultanas, dessicated coconut, sesame seeds, linseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds; all soaked overnight in creamy milk, the microwaved next morning and topped with a spoonful of honey or Boots malt extract.

Absolutely delicious.

Oh my god. I used to have that in the variety packs back in the early 90’s! A couple of years ago they had it in a big box in Lidl but not seen it around lately. Probably can get it on Amazon but would be expensive.

OK, if it's summer it's Lucky Charms or Sugar Puffs with wierd dried fruit in, reminds me of being a kid eating it while Eddison Lighthouse were on the radio in the morning.
