"I used to enjoy a workout most mornings before work but since getting a physical job I've stopped working out and rely on my job to keep me in shape but I need to up my level of fitness. Any tips to incentivise me welcome. I think I'd work harder if I had a gym buddy (Litchfield area) Male or female wouldn't be an issue either way but I think I need the peer pressure to make me go and do a proper workout (might be inclined to work harder if there is a lady pushing me on lol) I've not long rejoined a proper gym rather than using the one at work so want to get my monies worth. All tips and advise welcome to get me back to wanting to workout rather than making myself workout. " Good luck...Do a SMART piece on your fitness project first. I won't share my credentials here.
