Fab rules stipulate written consent for others in your pics. Not sure that this is policed though ...

"Why faces are personal information"

“Personal data processed in the course of a purely personal or house hold activity, with no connection to a professional or commercial activity, is outside the UK GDPR’s scope. This means that if you only use personal data for such things as writing to your friends and family or taking pictures for your own enjoyment, you are not subject to the UK GDPR.”

It is more likely that the images would be in breach of article 8 of the Human Rights act which covers the right for a private and family life, especially if posted without consent.
