Absolutely hate the terms.

Whenever anyone refers to my body as a "mum bod" it makes my skin crawl, they clearly have no idea how triggering that is to someone who has lost babies and never been a mother.

Let alone has lost as many as I have ffs.

So in my opinion, the terms should be used very carefully.
