I think a lot of men (some women too) will view their "prey" as objects, not people. Unfortunately it's the same on most social media. Most people would never dream of saying the things they type.

Still waiting for my first proper nasty one.

I’ve had a snide potshot after I declined a meet, which I just ignored.

Also had someone escalate a decline to chat with me over a profile saying one thing when they actually didn’t mean it at all, which I found odd is I politely bowed out several times

Never anything that really rankled though

so near and yet so far....

I’ve just come back to Fab after a break, it amazes me that even after I’ve outlined what I’m looking for, that I get messaged politely initially.

I’ve a lot on my plate currently, that when I refuse to meet, that they are rude, I’m guessing WOW isn’t complimentary?

Someone with a user name that would imply a certain kind of man was especially vitriolic…

Luckily I know it’s all on them not me..

I really went low I literally humiliated them I didn’t hold back !

I wouldn’t use that approach again I’m racking up bans left and right !

It's not just men who are abusive on here women can be just as bad. And who knows why they do it only they can answer it but at a rough guess I would say they are just assholes regardless of their gender.
