Physically haven't been out of the house, seen or spoken to anyone in the last 3 days.

Bit sad when you come to think of it.

Sounds very much like me PP. the pandemic changed me from a social butterfly to a bit of a hermit. My electric bill is through the roof! On the plus side, I’ve learnt how to spend my time with others wisely.

I used to be.

I've always been a bit like that, but like you say the pandemic hasn't helped, the only place I go now is to the supermarket and that's only through necessity.
