Brufen/ paracetamol tablets… hot water bottle?

I’ve actually just got out of a bath to try help my back… which is sore.

Hope it gets better soon… it’s an awful feeling knowing you’ve to be up and still awake xxx

My problem is muscular. Just started a Pilates class, and it really helps. Hope you get some rest

Nothing worse than back pain at any time.

I recently had three days of hardly being able to move & unfortunately due to a spinal condition won't be the last time! Try a good power shower, means getting up a tad earlier but may make all the difference, has helped me in the past.

chippenham

Stay away from the gels there useless.

Hopefully I'll explain this right on here lol.....

If you can sleep face down apply a pillow under your stomach/groin so it lifts you slightly.

My physio suggested this and has been a game changer.

Also naproxen on prescription from gp is a help.
