Ladies, and this aimed at ladies - sort your twisted iron cords out! It’s simple to do and prevents them chafing and splitting.

I assume all the guys that iron do this as a matter of course? I do.

Mine stays set up in the spare room so doesn’t get twisted, that comes from winding it around the iron when you put it away

I've done such a thing and it's still twisted!

Who ever invented it (a man) then design it properly ffs!

I have a cord free iron ( Yes I do the ironing). Great bit of kit. Works very well and no chord to worry about.
