HARROW

Morris Marina - paid £150. Brush painted! A hairdresser in a 2.8i Capri smashed into it in the first few days of owning it, eventually settled with me in cash rather than insurance - £300! Took myself and best mate off to Greece and promptly lost my virginity to a lovely Manchester girl Repaired the Marina and drove it for another year then sold it for £125

Near Bordon

We lived in the sticks and I had several cars (driving about the farms and in fields )

before legally driving on the road.

My first car I owned was a 1966 Fiat 600 in white (others include a Hillman Hunter, Renault 12 and a Mk1 Ford Escort) .

The first car I owned to drive legally was a Black 1974 Mini van followed by a Green 1973 Ford Transit and Blue 1961 Series 2A Land Rover SWB ,the latter which as an 18 year old I drove to Denmark and back .
