So, if a message is read and ignored but you don't get blocked, does it mean upgrade or update your profile and try again later? Of course you don't go back to that person for some reasonable amount of time out of self respect and also its never wise to be pushy.

Do some people not block profiles simply cos they are nice or is it just being lazy?

It means they aren't interested in you.

Do the right thing and leave them alone. Don't try again.

Means they're not interested. Also trying again will bring up a message telling you they didn't reply to the first message. And its like a warning. Best not to message them.

I would never message someone twice. If they do not respond, I take it that they aren't interested, I delete it and move on.

We don't tend to block unless we have a reason, if they're abusive for example.

It can be many things 1 not interested 2 busy unable to reply if they haven't blocked you take it out of respect they deserve not to have a reason to have use block option for yourself if you decide to delete your own message and if you decide to block them because the block feature can still be used as a filter so you create people who you connect with or may

I never block and they can always try again if they have something more interesting to say, but bear in mind that my attitude is probably in the minority here.

I had one that just said “your pic……”

What was I meant to do with that? I ignored it, so he sent me a stroppy

message and blocked me (weneedashrugemoji)

I don't tend to block unless I'm really not interested. I'm not looking for meets, so I'm ignoring messages from people wanting to meets, but I'm not blocking because I might want to meet or chat in future.

Fab is difficult for single guys in general.

Firstly, send messages only to those who might be interested in you, that means reading profiles.

Don't expect a reply and don'tfret about blocks. It's not personal.

There's no guarantee... BUT a well written profile with interesting photos will help. If you have face photos, for Gods sake smile

Your best chance is often clubs and socials, though some guys do well on here.
