Gym before a big lift. Although I must say I haven't had any for ages and I was looking to buy some the other day. There's loads of types now compared to the last time I bought them when there was Nose Tork and maybe 1 or 2 others

My mother still has some she carries around when out, bless her late eighties & still thinks they might be needed one day. She's had them for god knows how many decades & they're still strong as hell!

Smelling salts are a combination of ammonium carbonate and perfume used to restore or stimulate your senses. Other names include ammonia inhalant and ammonia salts. Most smelling salts you see today are actually aromatic spirits of ammonia, which are a mixture of ammonia, water, and alcohol.
