...what's your reasoning?

To those that receive them, what's your thoughts?

Happy Sunday all

I don't look at my winks or friends requests at all! Unless someone says can I add you as a friend and we have been chatting.. it will be hanging there for weeks. I don't add friends randomly to get fabs so it's not an issue for me

We receive plenty of them. We can only assume that people think that have nothing to lose. Which they don't of course, but it's hardly conducive to getting to know someone

This might deteriorate quite quickly….

Never have, never will. What’s the point? The only reasoning I can see is to view private pics. I’d rather chat and get to meet them in person. If all goes well you get the real thing…..

We have quite a few out of the blue friend requests from people we've never interacted with. My thing is I'll wait until their offline, accept it, have a look around ,and them remove them

Happy Sunday!

We like to make an informed decision as to who we share our friends pics with. We have face pics in there.

So for that reason, we like to chat and get to know people before we accept or send a friend request.

Most people are here to meet and/or make friends, so I don't see an issue to be honest.

Other side thought.. oh hello pic collectors. It's the same as with face pic Friday.. you'll often get these who hardly comment on forum but if you green arrow them they will be on every face and photo swap post in the prior weeks. That's why if I take part.. I say no to lurkers.

I never send grieved requests. I’m not friends with loads of people I’ve known years.

Random requests I don’t look at with winks. They sit there so they can’t request again. Ignorance is bliss

It’s just odd. Does anyone actually accept random friend invites?

Other than wanting loads of fabs on your pics I can’t think of any reason why anyone would accept them

Agree, some just want to see more pics, but it's the nature of the beast. We are all curious.

The Town by The Cross

I think it's super duper sweet that today's kids make friends so quickly...... just a click of a button and you can be up to your goolies in friends you've never met and the next day they can be your bestest bestest bestest friend for ever and ever..... or till they ask for money ... which ever comes first.

We've done this! 9 times out of 10 they're just genitalia pics then they send another friends request in a few months. Where as if you ignore they can't send another (think that's right?)

I just ignore them, unless it's from someone I've chatted to previously. They can't send one again if you leave it sat there

Wirral.

It kinda irks me that folk will send a request without interacting.

I only accept from people I've met/chat to regularly. It's not a huge friends list & I regularly cull it.

Random requests are left there, so they can't request again.
