New fitness update

I've stopped training for awhile because I went to the doctor's last week for a check up and found out that I have got high blood pressure and now on medication for it.

But hopefully I will be back training soon.

You can still exercise with high blood pressure. It's a fact that exercise lowers blood pressure.

Qigong & Tai Chi are safe. Aerobic & static forms are good for you.

Ooo, and Yoga too!

It's always better to err on caution though. Get the green light from your doc.
