It's about finding something that motivates you personally I was a couch potato for 20 years then stumbled across triathlon and for me it is something that makes me want to listen to the one voice not the other 100 in my head telling me it's a bad idea If the why is strong the how is easy I know its cliche but it is true and works | |||

Food, whenever I start to make an excuse not to go to the gym I eat a piece of chocolate, I use the sugar rush to kick me out the door. Works every time. The other motivator I use is not eating until I get back from the gym. I'm not sure if that is the right or wrong thing to do but it makes me want to get there so I can get back to eat | |||

My mental health crashes if i dont go, its my favourite hobby though it used to be hard at the beginning but now is natural. I always go in the spa after so thats always a relaxing treat | |||

This will help muscle repair and help replenish some of the body's energy store | |||

The nutritionists amongst us might advise something else but I do enjoy it | |||
