Words you like to use.

So the English language is very interesting and the average person may only use a standardised series of words in everyday conversation or text etc.

Shakespeare had a vast vocabulary that extended beyond what many people are capable of.

But there are words that some people may not see as common use whereas other groups use a lot of words.

Anyway I’m blabbering off the point.

What words do you like using that may not be seen as the norm?

For example:

I often use delectable when describing a beer

Or also love a good meniscus when also talking about beer. (The curve on top of a liquid created by surface tension)

Are they any you like or use?

All of mine are not all about beer honest

Endearing.. a friend reminded me I really enjoy its sound.

Just ones popping in my brain right now..

Tranquil. Serene. Fluctuating. Rebellious. Explosion. Cinnamon. Verbose. Hallucination. Illuminate.

"Ghastly" I use it daily to describe the kids I work with. Of course it's pronounced with a "frightfully posh" accent. They now copy the word and tone and use it regularly to describe me ;-p

I love the way delicious sounds but I use it to describe other things rather than food
