"was inn the local coop earlyer to pick up a few things, went to pay, low and behold nobody on the till, oh well i thought, will use the self service till, all good till i put through my beer, que bells and buzzers, bloke had to come out from the store room to ok my sale, he was obvously on his own, its a busy shop, poor bloke had to man tills, sort stock and fill shelves all on his own, had a chat, nice lad, he says they never get a moment to breath.
got me thinking, if shops are going to force me to check out myself, and by that saving them paying staff, i want a discount please, is this unreasnable?"
