Proper pie is gorgeous filling encased in buttery shortcrust pastry in the correct proportions, not some random bit of frozen puff that disintegrates on contact.

It's a post-brexit pie. There was a lack of floor because there was a lack of lorry drivers to deliver it, and now there's a lack of pastry due to all the bakers becoming lorry drivers. It'll all balance out in the end.

Still, I'd complain though. It's not a real pie unless you can eat it hand held.

That sounds like soup with a flat cap on.
