"I wouldnt say I deliberately do anything tbh, best advise is to try and be yourself If I like someone I would make plenty of eye contact, engage in active listening, give them a wee nudge if we were walking (gentle nudge now, I wouldn't want to knock her in a ditch early on ) If I was feeling brave a wee touch of the shoulder or elbow and brush of the hands to see if it was reciprocated. I think I read once that if someone fancies you they tend to copy what you do but if I realised I was copying someone else's movements I'd probably tell myself to stop being a wierdo and relax Be yourself and make them smile is always a good starting point tho " Your approach sounds perfect

Once we get out in the open air it's mostly good tho

"I consider myself quite knowledgeable when it comes to it.. I started reading literature back in secondary school as one of my teachers introduced us to the concept. I always found it fascinating, same for eye movement and micro expressions. Those are much harder to detect though. Amazing and pretty funny TV show on that topic is Lie to me. Anyone has seen that? Tim Roth was good in it. " The eyes are indeed, in accordance with the colloquialism, ‘windows to the soul’ according to many psychologists who believe, controversially, that when a person being questioned, looks up to their right they are more likely to be telling a lie. Glancing up to the left, conversely, is said to be indicative of honesty (I am looking at my feet meanwhile)
