"Ohh I love when you do these threads I practice mindfully eating otherwise I just eat and don’t actually savour what I’m eating Deep breathing exercises I also find beneficial And of course guided and unguided meditation especially when I do it in front of my salt lamp with no other light it gives me better focus as I can be quite easily distracted " Thank you. I'm not great at minfull eating but I have started mindful shopping and cooking. My go to is one mindfully which is all about being fully in one task and fully participating. I keep looking at salt lamps, I might put one on the Christmas list.

"I love these threads too. I’ve got out of practice, so I’m here for inspiration " It's so easy to get out of practice. There was something on Netflix by headspace but can't remember what it was called and I found that very useful.

"Very into it between meetings for work, let's me focus and recenter myself. Also keeps me from getting too aroused by impure thoughts about coworkers" That sounds great.

"I'm overtired atm so mindfulness is not working as I cannot focus and let go. So I am doing a lot of tai chi movement meditation to try and release some pressures until life balances out itself" You don't necessarily have to focus. It's not so much about meditation just been in the present moment. So eating something but really tasting it, or listening to music but really listening to music that makes sense.

You can listen to it & enjoy it but...Try closing your eyes, noticing & picturing each musical instrument as you hear them. I find i can really zone out & drift away.

" That does make sense and is something I find hard to do as unfortunately I do need to focus on things, or my brain distracts itself, this is why I find riding a bike hard, the "oooh thats interesting" takes over and boom I'm on my arse
