Has anyone seen this yet? A full NDA, and pre questionnaire prior to any playtime… wondering if this is an American thing??!!

I think it was a Cary and Sherry Conrad thing. They were quite influential members of that exclusive community where they lived and she had her blog so was quite popular and would probably want it all on the hush. But I dunno, I’m not American. Maybe some of our US cousins could answer.
