Ok, what is going on in Manchester?

I just looked this up and it seems a grenade was found by a canal and another in a house, both within 24 hours of each other!

I'm guessing both were from WW2, but still...

Someone called the bomb squad in Bournemouth yesterday for what appeared to be a Halloween costume as no explosives were found. They still destroyed it.
