My work place is making me fat!!!!

Every time someone leaves we have a buffet and I make a cake.

Someone left last week, someone is leaving today ans someone else is leaving in 2 weeks time

Although we had dominoes today instead of a buffet

Every time someone leaves? That's a bit excessive - I mean surely they all pop out for luch, a ciggie - or a crap every now and then!

I'd save the buffets for when some resigns, gets laid off or even sacked!

My mum is always complaining cause when the medical reps come round they have always got caterers to do a massive buffet for them (waste of money) and she tries to resist but she fails each time lol

If we have visiting reps in the meeting who always provide lunch we now always ask them to provide a healthy lunch.

They don't mind at all, it's just become a culture.

Clearly the problem is that you are not showing the due amount of contempt to your fellow workers. Can I suggest instead of cakes you bring them a gift wrapped can of deodorant, and hire a barber shop quartet to sing "You're a Wanker" underneath a banner that says "Glad you're leaving, we all hate you and

your partner is an amazing shag"

Hey presto your workplace will be a writhing mass of pure hatred and you'll see the pounds drop off.
