Ladies man flu teasing

Why is man flu only man flu and we get teased for being genuinely ill until you ladies get it then all of a sudden its real flu and us guys have actually been ill and the ridicule stops and sympathy on a small scale appears ?

Men have the sniffles and go to bed for a week .......

Women have the flu and give birth, do the shopping, mop the kitchen floor and go to bed after a 36 hour shift...... and men STILL have all the duvet !

Women have the flu and give birth, do the shopping, mop the kitchen floor and go to bed after a 36 hour shift...... and men STILL have all the duvet !"

Im single so still had to do all of that but instead of giving birth I had to make my own cup of tea a few times a day

Let's face it, male or female, only about 3% of those who say they have the flu have the flu, of any sort. It's a cold. Admit it. Having said that, there was some actual scientific advise that men suffer from flu worse then women, but that still balls is you have a cold, and you likely just have a cold.
