It would take some planning , for a start anyone you have planned to meet or likely to see in the next month would need it explaining well in advance or they might take it personally. You might decide to continue to meet and just give pleasure or fully abstain.

Then you need a plan to control urges , distraction, meditation on your aims etc , new are of focus like gym goals, visualise the results. The urges are the easiest bit for me but everyone is different.
