"I didn't like you anyway"

I think there should be a forum board where we can name and shame all those people who send a message saying all the right things, and get a polite "no thankyou"

Only to send back a message full of insults and vile comments finishing with a "I never fancied you anyway"

These are not the kind of people I think anyone would want to be meeting

Mr. R

Brighton - even Hove!

And yet they have managed to get you to use energy to invite discussion about them….

Naming and shaming doesn’t work. It’s also against the forum rules.

I wouldn’t do this if I was to be honest. I think you guys declined my attempts a while back or at least Mrs R on her profile and I just accepted it. As a result you didn’t block me so I can still fantasise and view your lovely pics so it’s a winner for me. Not everyone’s the same. Just block em but…if you think they are aggressive report them.

Have a great day

I've had my share of rude replies, no need for it

Honestly, I’ve only ever had polite replies of the “you’re not my type, I prefer humans,” variety.

if you are not going to meet someone any exchange of messages is pointless just move on.

The right place

I can't see it doing any good. If someone is going to be rude and unpleasant then I'm happy to know early and consider it a bullet dodged.

We all have different experiences with different people so naming and shaming doesn't really make me think differently of people. Take people at face value and if you feel they aren't your kinda person, that's what the block button is for.

Sadly some people are like that.

It says more about them than you.

If they send abuse, just say ‘oh I’m sorry I got your profile mixed up with someone else’s’ then watch them back track

Life is too short to get back at people who behave childishly at you.

I don't have the mental energy fir negativity anymore.

I cannot protect everyone from predators or educate them. All I can do is protect myself and to make sure I treat everyone with respect.

Surely these people are the tiny percentage. I almost always get a thank you for replying back. I think I've only ever got abuse once.

they would just come back with a different username and do the same sadly. Even IP verification is no good with vpn access - the only answer is no answer and block sadly and repeat as necessary til some of the nice guys messages dont get lost in the heaps of crap fems and cples have to deal with.

Lol that is annoying but always remember to counterblock so they can't keep unblocking you and sneaking a peek while you're offline x

Sometimes people can't take they're ego taking a hit. I'm always polite, well mannered. If I get a "no thanks" or whatever it is what it is, don't understand why rudeness is needed. Don't get me wrong though, I've had a few nasty comments for no reason.

After explaining to a guy twice that my profile states I’m not looking to meet or chat with anyone new he said well your attitude is 100% not for me. You’re not what I’m looking for and the least I can do is accept his friend request.

Best bet imo is to say, not my type, ps I block everyone who I say no to as there are bad eggs out there who don't take it well... If you're good egg you will understand...

(See what I did there at the end? Puts them in a bind!)
