Head tattoos

So I'm at an age now where my hair has left me and I also don't really give a fuck about anyone else's opinion. I'm lucky enough to run my own business which doesn't mean I have to do the whole respectable business meeting thing.. with this in mind, I'm thinking about getting a non offensive artistic tattoo on my head and I'm interested to know how others would view such a thing? I thank you for your indulgence.

(Yes, it could be a mid life crisis )

Artistic would be good … starting at the side above your ear say, then trailing down back of neck could look great

Do you have meny tattoos all ready

Most place will not really do them or unless you all ready almost covered head to toe

In case it comes back to bite them

May have to go outside and get a up comeing artist trying to make extra on the side to do it

I know for person experience off have visible tattoos 90% off the time

That I found most reputable places wouldn’t touch it

Was told to come back when I didn’t have any more space left

After the 3rd time being in the trainie in the shop pulled me aside and sed he do it on his off time at the weekend in my house

I like them, in fact would go so far as to say they are a pretty big turn on, but only on a very few select guys n gals

That's what I was going to say, if you're something like a tattooer and have tattoos everywhere, they look fine.

If you've just randomly got your head tattooed it could look a bit strange.

But it's your head, you need to decide if you want it or not.

Try a Henna tattoo to see how you feel about it; as far as I am aware Henna tattoos are temporary.

Personally, I consider tattoos are bodily mutilations that are awful, and the inks are poisonous, and migrate.

But that's my personal opinion, which many do not share.

Go for it! Doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.

You might get some anxiety for the first weeks after having it done but I think it's normal after for many with tattoos but should go away.

Live your life and do what you want to do!

You say could be a midlife crisis so just remember the second the neddle touches the skin that midlife becomes rest of life . Im 55 and just had 8 new tattoos done in the last 4 months so probably in a little midlife crisis myself . My personal view is if you can't cover don't get so not a fan of head tattoos myself but as others have said if you really want it go for . But only if its something you been wanting to do for a long time and not just a thought thats popped into your head recently

Try initially using a marker pen just to make sure you’re doing the right thing ? If not happy then it’s not permanent

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

Go for it but make sure you love the design and trust your artist - it’s a prominent place if you make a mistake

I find tattooists are reluctant to do face/head tattoos on girls but seem quite happy to do guys
