The amount of crap you have to go through and decide what to keep and what to get rid of, takes bloody hours

I'm talking more about, transferring all the music, videos and pictures from one phone to another.

Just went though like 2000 pictures

Why do you need to transfer 2000 pictures? Could you not save them somewhere else?

I've flipped from Android to iPhone. Used to use Android a lot, but now.. it's flakey as hell.

Don't they just all save to Google pics or the cloud?

If you have Amazon prime you get unlimited uploads too. Not sure what happens if you cancel prime though, so I've never used that.

If you have a Samsung just download the SmartSwitch app and it does it all for you

I wasn't transfering 2000 pictures, I was going through them to see which ones I want to copy to my new phone and which ones to delete

God no! I specifically turn off all auto backups and cloud syncs!

The last thing I need is my nudes being backed up to online storage

I don't think people are quite grasping what I'm saying.

I don't find the transfer difficult, I find the process of what I want to keep and delete long

I find it difficult to switch, unless the phone is broken. Imagine, demanding slowness

The confusion probably started when you said it's got something to do with getting a new phone.

You can declutter at anytime you choose.

I’ve recently got an iPhone 13 and I’m done. I literally can’t deal with transferring the photos from my old iPhone… and it’s becoming such a chore!!

I also don’t have enough memory on my iCloud so upload them…

Someone send help!!

I don’t have that problem when I a have a terabyte off space

Things go more space than a ps5 and that’s got to hold full sized triple A games

Definitely went a bit over bord there but at least I don’t think I ever fill it up

Yes iPhone to iPhone

But

I didn’t back up my photos cos I’ve got like 100gb worth of pics

That’s the only issue

It’s not a backup it’s a direct Wi-Fi transfer Copy

But because you been running the iPhone 13 it give the old iPhone stuff and you lose all new stuff best bet now is to use

sendanywhere on both phones and transfer that way you can send multiple pics at time
