Fridge. They don't need to be there but otherwise they'd be cluttering a worktop.

Fridge…I’ve a shelf in the door that fits a box of 12 perfectly.

Like a tube of pringles fits the running machine perfectly.

Makes no sense but if it fits it fits…

Back in the day I always kept them in the fridge. After all why did fridges have an egg compartment!

Now a days mine are room temp.

Under the Duvet

At room temperature on the shelf.

I have an egg holder thing from the 70s, shaped like 6 little monks.

The eggs fit into the top of their heads so the look like little bald monks.

I love it, amuses me every time I see it

Room temperature out on the kitchen window sill. Our window sills are massive but get far too cluttered.

Thought I should use the fridge as there is a designated storage space for them.

Back in the days I haven't stored them in a fridge.

I will take them out I think they taste better out.

So thanks for the thread.

I'd love one of those 1970s monk egg holders. If I had one of them the eggs would be out on display in that but that's the only way they'd be cluttering my worktop!

I keep them in the fridge, and lift some out in the morning if I anticipate eating them later that day.
