I like my coffee and I always start the day with one as I need the energy. I usually have 3 cups a day and I have it it done in the aero press, home made coffee is the best. I sometimes have instant coffee as well

Usually start off with about 3 to 4 espresso's in the morning followed by an Oat flat white, then probably 2 or 3 more during the day. My bean to cup machine has been the best thing I've ever bought.

Used to have 20+ pints of coffee a day until I found a link between that, dehydration and my persistent cough! Axed the coffee, dropped 3.5st in 3 months and the cough has all but gone!!

Now on 3 small mugs a day!

That’s interesting to know. Similar pains as well but not as bad since I switched to sweeteners over sugar. Figured it might have been a circulation issue.

I used to be the same. I hated when my dad would make coffee in the morning or if he had coffee breath. Somewhere along the line a switch got flicked though and I really like it now, same happened with olives actually

none usually i'm a tea guy can be around 20 cups a day i pretty much drink it all day, one time when i was out fishing i had gone through 28 cuppas in around 24 hours, i would be ill if i tried to drink that amount of coffee.

Not many. Nor many cups of tea. Right now I'm indulging in pumpkin spice season but I'd probably say I have a couple of coffees/teas a month normally. Tend to stick to sparkling mineral water with ice and lemon slices.

The minute my head hit the pillow, I was out like a light. I was getting an upset stomach a lot, so_eone told it might be linked to the caffeine.

Faar too many when I'm at work, so recently I've cut back to one a day and feel so much better for it.

But strong and black when I do have one, please.
