Depends on the size shape and placement. as someone has said under muscle feel much nicer, if they have gone for a natural tear drop shape rather than big round implants like on porn. They’re just like normal boobs only slightly more firm perky and less wobbly than real ones. Boobs are boobs and I love them in all shapes and sizes haha x

Also my surgeon said that the gummy bear silicone is extremely soft!

So maybe the ones who had them rock hard could have been saline boobs

They came a long way and if you go to a good surgeon I’m sure they will do a very nice job

Feel can depend on many factors. Placement, material of implant, age of implant, size of implant, amount of breast tissue (for example, post mastectomy for breast cancer, there won’t be as much tissue) but most modern implants are very life like.

I’ve never had a single complaint and guys/ladies have loved mine

Someone's only likely to have got implants if their natural breasts were causing them insecurity. I like that they've been able to do something that made them feel good, and I don't think reading some people's descriptions of their current boobs would feel very nice

Mr has came to appreciate the sag of mine that have developed over the years .

I think for some guys, obvious fake breasts are a bit like an overly made up face with make up. Just a bit much. Whereas some love that look.

Felt a lot of fake ones on women following mastectomies for breast cancer.

Each to their own.

Should we negatively comment when cancer patients have them as reconstruction after a battle to simply survive? When people who have insecurities have them done for confidence surrounded by media and ideals of what a woman should look like? Or even when trans gender have them to be who they are?

I've never felt them but then again, I've only touched four pairs of boobs in my life.

To be honest, what they feel like is less important to me than the pleasure she gets and shows when I caress them, assuming she's actually enjoying my touch.

As someone has posted earlier, if this operation enables a woman to build her confidence and for some, to feel as they should be, doesn't that put what they feel like into perspective?

From what I've read on previous threads about augmented boobs on here in the past, I'm probably a bit of an outlier, but don't care. I actually like augmented boobs. I love their shape, the way the breasts sit when a woman is upright, the way they feel. I've been lucky enough to have had two partners now with augmented boobs (including my current one): I didn't search them out for that reason, but I'm very glad I found them. Truth be known, I get off on the fact that boobs are augmented. I don't think that's objectifying anything, just a sensory appreciation for them and a connection to my libido.

Boobs are boobs and boobs are amazing! I've felt lots of different boobs and what attracts me is the woman they are attached to, not weather they are implants or not. There's lots of different reasons why someone would get implants and as long as it's their choice and makes them happy, that's all that matters. I'd get mine done if I could afford it.

Here we go. Been dealing with this for 11 years. Firstly they’re not ‘fake’ boobs they’re just breasts with implants in. The things people say to describe them can be really rude as well. I love my breast implants, my skin, my nipples, breast tissue, blood, fat, milk ducts, all my own organic matter just with a little enhancement. Put some of my boob pics public temporarily.

Even the strap on ones made of tpe are excellent.

I still prefer natural above all.

Fundamentally it’s not the boobs or the arse or even the foo is it? It’s how good you feel with that person and how good they feel with you. I like confident women, women that love their bodies and enjoy sharing them. If implants give confidence then it is the confidence which will attract me.

Mostly I find myself attracted to people that glory in their bodies “enhanced” or not. I don’t tend to conduct a resistance to compression test when someone is making me laugh and sigh in equal measure.

But this has ALWAYS been the way. I had my boobs done 14 years ago and I’ve been on here for 11 years. I never knew there were such negative views towards enhanced boobs and just how okay people were with saying such horrible descriptions, and a lot of them are fellow women.

We prefer the natural look so the reason we are not overly keen is because they don't look natural. Also they generally don't have a natural jiggle.

This Just based on our experience.

I couldn't care less what people do with their bodies. In cases where it's not for reconstruction following surgery then if the lady feels better for it, magic. As with anything aesthetic, there will be those who like and those who don't. We should be able to express our preferences (in a respectful way!) without being accused of body shaming.

As with anything aesthetic, there will be those who like and those who don't. We should be able to express our preferences (in a respectful way!) without being accused of body shaming."

I'm a recently retired Midwife and have seen and felt thousands of breasts before, during and after pregnancy and I can say that hard, non-surgically altered breasts exist.

If you follow your surgeons advice you can get your boobs enhanced without them looking or feeling that you’ve obviously had implants.

It’s when people go too big on their first op that you’ll be able to see and feel the implant.

I had mine done 14 years ago and was devastated when my surgeon was like yeah you can only have 260cc cos my frame was tiny and I needed sub muscular (underneath the chest muscle) but then on the day he was like well you are paying for them you can bigger if you like but I won’t use the pics in my portfolio. That put me off going bigger.

How about if she doesn’t, you continue to anyway, and not add to potential pre-existing insecurities or whatever might lay behind them not liking their own body. If you really like boobs so much, be accepting of what people think of what their own. Anyone can have body positivity issues, even those with fucking awesome bodies to you and I.
