Can you douche too many times, as someone has said to me that if you do it too much you remove good bacteria from your system.

Anyone ever heard of this ??

Do you mean occasional douche for anal play or the fad of colon cleanse? Cause the latter can have adverse effects rather than actually help or "detox" from what I recall.

I have heard that douching too often can cause problems. I think I heard no more than 3 times a week but I’m. It certain on that

There is no magic number of times that makes douching unsafe. But I would seek professional medical advise if in doubt. I only ever diet and do an enema to ensure super clean arsehole in advance of knowing if I’m going to be playing (& then always use plenty lube). Never do I douche or perform an enema on a regular basis, since I believe this cannot be good for you as it upsets the natural balance within body and if not careful can lead to infection, etc.

It's generally not reccomended to douche.

If you have a good diet and healthy digestive system, it shouldn't be necessary.

However, occasionally should be OK.
