I’ve just had a quick look through the forums and noticed that there are several threads asking for or about hotwives, yet there are none about hot husbands. There are lots of club nights dedicated to wives yet none for their male partners. Why is this? Why do you think that there is so little demand for this dynamic and such imbalance in how it’s viewed?

I can only speak from my own experience, but as a single woman who doesn’t seek one offs they are not really my dynamic. Of the hot husbands I’ve known there was always a limit on the number of times they saw singles and preferred to not see anyone too regularly. I also prefer a level of friendship before I meet someone and again that appeared to be something that was too much for that set up.

I don't think there's that much of an imbalance in terms of how it's viewed outside the relationship - there are a lot more men than women so hotwifes will be spoken about more.

That being said, it's not as popular and who knows why? So many reasons. Women aren't as comfortable/tend to be more possessive/suffer from jealousy/don't find it as an attractive prospect as men find the thoughts of their wives having sex with others.

Saff is right also - the majority of hot husband profiles I've come across are very much not wanting a friendship, amount of times they meet someone are limited, there's a lot more restrictions in place. Again, not sure why.

I didn't mean they don't want an attached man, just that them being attached isn't as much of a huge turn on as I've seen it be for men with attached women.

Men and women are just different like that. In my own experience of 16+ years on the scene, Men feel less challenged in seeing their wife “at play” and most women are actually deeply uncomfortable with seeing their man do the same. It’s as simple as that. I’m sure the FAB-psychologists will link it to genetics and wiring.

Another point worth mentioning/discussing - and it’ll be obvious I haven’t thought this through adequately - is the fact that men are well known, at least from a sweeping generalisation/societal perspective, for being at relative ease with infidelity and indiscretions. So when a man wants to play elsewhere, everybody be like “it’s no surprise ennit”. Women on the other hand are, as we all know, as white and as pure as driven snow

There are a few hot husband threads in swingers chat

Regarding club nights there is more of a dynamic of a wife watching her husband play with another, then joining in rather than him going off for solo play, so it's not a cost effective event to host.

There is demand for hothusbands but finding a suitable partner is difficult, it seems mostly the wants of a single woman mismatch the wants of the couple.

On the plus side some are successful in finding regular longterm hothusband relationships, they are just few and far between.
