The fucking gym!

I'm being told I'm going back to the gym this coming week and I'd really appreciate any excuses going.

I'm considering, somehow, damaging my pancreas, in order to get out of it.

Any ideas welcome.

You don't have to go to the gym. You're a grown up, one of the benefits of that is YOU get to decide what, if any, exercise to do.
