Usually absolute, but Greatest Hits Radio on while I’m working from home has been like my childhood soundtrack. Well worth a listen

Used to be an avid R6 listener, but when Keaveny went to afternoons I started listening less. Still love Craig Charles and Gilles Peterson's shows

Worthing

Local radio and Planet Rock. Also got into Absolute recently. A good balance of pop and rock.
