Bognor Regis

We `re looking to go to Cap D Agde next July/August. We don't really know what we are looking for, or what to expect, other than potentially living naked for a week. Any suggestions, on hotels, advice, places to see,, clubs, beeches, things or places to avoid would be a help from anyone who has been before.
