Secret hideaway in the pennines

As a chef and foodie, I have for a while, been thinking about doing a cookbook, not chefy, but a cooks cookbook, ranging from meals for one to family dinner, starters, mains and pubs.

Aimed at the home cook, what dishes would you want to see, what is your go to dish

I like cookbooks that have a decent pudding section. Most only ever have a few pages.

Once you've mastered the basics of making crumble or pastry you then need ideas for fillings - although there's nothing wrong with a simple rhubarb or gooseberry crumble.

Can recommend blueberry clafoutis and making your own sticky toffee pudding.

Also love to make chocolate brownie cupcakes, lime and coconut cake and chocolate fudge crinkle biscuits

Might need to get my bake on today, I'm making myself hungry
