how to make a burger and hotdog!

John was standing in the queue of the burger. The sweaty lady behind the counter produced two frozen burgers and started to defrost them under each armpit. She shouted to John, "What can I get you love". John said, "I was going to ask you for a jumbo hotdog but you can just forget it now". Apologies lol
