Girth is more important by far! Especially for vaginal sex, but can hurt a bit more for anal.

I'd say over 7.5" is big as 6" is average. 9+ is very rare and exceptional.

Most vaginas can only take 7-8. So more actually becomes a problem for vaginal sex. For oral and anal longer is better xx
