How well did you sleep last night?

I got almost 8 hours. Yes I may be showing off but a Thursday is the one day I get each week to actually lie in. So I'm pretty happy with that. I needed it.

Do you track you sleep like I do? I have a fitbit, what was your score?

Do you have good sleep hygenie?

Do you fall asleep quickly, do you stay asleep all night or does nature call?

Do you know how many hours you need in order to function properly for the day?

I'm curious. I'm a night owl, are you an early riser?

Traditionally I’m a very good sleeper, I don’t nap and sleep well, that’s excluding the last few months where I’ve really struggled.

It’s getting better in the past couple of weeks but I’m still no where near how I used to be.

I’ve tried most things to sleep better but I think it’s just situational and symptomatic

I normally sleep like the dead when alone. Hit the pillow, wake when the alarm sounds. Last night was a late one and the kids woke me early today so I'm a little fuzzy right now.

I had a good 7 hours sleep last night. I love my sleep. I have a puppy who wakes at 6.30, a bit of a bummer but my body has adjusted and I try and go to bed a bit earlier.

I have recently discovered that having a hot shower before bed makes me sleep better.

Oh god. Last night was an absolute fuck up.

I don't have a fitbit or any other tracking device so don't know how long a sleep I get. But I'd say it's usually around 7 hours undisturbed which is what I need. Last night I got a mere 3 hours in total of disturbed sleep.

I struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. I took high dose codeine for over a year so now that I'm completely off for pain management (so far) I struggle. Which is great that I don't need them currently but a bit of a pain in the ass too.

I do find it easier falling asleep before my husband though. He'll often stay awake so I can try and fall asleep first. (the things you do in marriage huh!)

Not very.

Got woken up by the fire alarm at 3am, shame it had been going off since 1.30am.

Bloody awful! Last night like most nights over the last year or so have been distrusted and broken.

I always used to soundly sleep 7-8 hours a night however these days I’m generally WIDE awake between 3 and 4 am. Drives me nuts!!

The land of the Dragon and loads of sheep

Last night I had 6 hours sleep.

Normally I try to get 8 hours a night.

I am only a morning person due to work and work only. I haven't had a good lie in especially on a Sunday for a few years which I miss.

I get to sleep pretty quick and can sleep anywhere.

Sleeping is never really a problem for me, head hits the pillow and I’m gone.

Dragging my ass out of bed in the morning has , however, always been hard work.

My sleep ranges from a bit crap to really awful. I am a night owl and often have my best chats late at night. 5 or 6 hours uninterrupted would be a great night. Anxiety is what makes it hard to nod off and wakes me up. I am trying CBD oil just now and hope it might help but actually I function ok most of the time.

I’m well known for being the best sleeper and I can sleep through most things. I go to bed when I’m tired and I’m out like a light. I can function on 4 hours sleep but need about 6. I can have a nap during the day if I need one and still sleep like a baby at night. I scored an 88 last night which is fairly average for me. I occasionally get into the 90s, rarely under 80 and sometimes in the low 80s. I don’t have any kind of routine to aid sleep, other than putting my head on the pillow and closing my eyes

Popped a sleeping pill and still woke up… I’m neither a night owl or early bird ! Just some kind of exhausted pigeon (to quote the meme )

Awful.

Didn’t get to bed until nearly midnight.

Struggled to get to sleep.

Fella said I feel asleep in his arms before having to get up twice in the night. Alarm was set for 6 as was meant to br going into the office. I changed the alarm to 8.15 and worked from home instead.

I tend to get 4 or 5 hours a night regardless to what time I go to bed. Can't remember the last time I ever got some real decent sleep.

I used to track my sleep but it just got depressing looking at it so I stopped.

I normally get 5 or 6hours which shows on my eyes.

I just hate going to bed too early and try to get up at 6 so no one sees me trying to run!!
