The whole MILF appeal was never originally about them actually being a mother it was sort of just started in high schools (US) and popularised as a phrase through American Pie.

The age of the people saying it were just sort of referring to a sexy/hot/attractive parent (mother of course) of a fellow student/friend.

To me it's pretty straightforward.

Most mums are sensible, practical and you can have a proper conversation with a sprinkle of laughter. That's the appeal to me.

I don't think the sex drive is relevant. Mine fluctuates like all womens do, usually hormone related depending on where I'm at with my menstrual cycle.
