Youtube 'jack carthy trials' its a good incite into it. Basically alot of technical hopping about on my back wheel over obstacles. Its not particularly fancy bike but i had one 20 year ago and it was great... its another nostalgia kick really

Take the pump out and wash with warm water and leave to dry before putting it back in "
