I have to take all new pictures soon cos I’ve had a few extra tattoo’s in the last few months.

First thing is my house has to by tidy and all my mirrors buffed if I’m doing a mirror selfie! If my house is tidy it can put me in a good mood.

Next is myself, I’ve been eating a bit shit lately so I won’t be taking any pics at the moment. The one I just uploaded is my most recent one and my friend took that cos my tattooist asked to see what the tatt was looking like.

I’ve gotta be in a good mood and feeling okay with myself to take pics otherwise I’ll just take a load and delete them.

I find taking the photos puts me in the mood, especially if they are ones that have been requested.

Usually scrap the first lot, but the latter load usually work.

I don't because if I take a really crappy one it's going to make me feel ten times worse.

Maybe instead plan on what photo you would like to take instead? What pose, lingerie etc you would like to wear. Have a look on the internet or on here what pictures you'd like to recreate. Then when you do feel a bit better then you have everything ready and it won't seem as daunting.

If I'm in a crappy mood the last thing I'd want to do is take a photo and feel worse about myself. It's easier to be hard on yourself when you're low.

If it was really important to me I'd ask why? What is it that I'm going to get from doing so? A temporary boost from some fabs off random strangers? Or is it because I think it might boost my mood somehow?

Then I'd eat well for a day or two, read some/watch some homemade porn to get me feeling sexy and snap a couple of photos in things that make me feel good. Reminding myself that even though I might vomit in my mouth when I see the photos, others might get a chunky.

I don’t. It’s not a chore we have to do. Sometimes we don’t want to do the housework, go to work etc but we force ourselves to do these things because we need to.

Fab isn’t a need, it’s a want. I’ll add pictures when I’m feeling good about myself but I wouldn’t try when I wasn’t. All I would achieve is I would begin to resent Fab and the pressure I was feeling from it if I was having to force myself to.

Hope you get a little spark that makes you want to!

I only take mine when I'm feeling good and in the mood. A tidy and organised house is the first step (even though none of it is in photos). I might have a long relaxing soak in the bath and then slip into something sexy with the lights low.

Majority of mine are taken when I’m getting ready to go out somewhere and hence feeling good anyway

Oh hmm it's tricky when you don't feel sexy or upbeat. But I pushed myself the first couple of times and didn't stop when the first few photos made me look ghastly. I wore lingerie I liked and put some music on. Kept taking them until I found some good angles for my curves. Would love to see what you come up with OP. It's boosted my confidence just taking them tbh. Appreciating myself even without others saying so.

To be honest SD my inclination to take any new pics left me a while ago. I really should refresh them but I just don't get the time and when I do I can't be bothered.

I hate having my picture taken at the best of times and I rarely feel in a mood to get the tripod out and faff ... so I don't bother. I will get around to it one day.

My advice to you SD is to do it when you feel you want to, not because you feel obliged or are being asked.

Honestly, I don't take pictures when I don't feel up to it and no one should feel the pressure to either as it's supposed to be a fun thing to do.

Although being a single male on here, I do feel obligated try and upload new pics often in an attempt to get some kind of attention to my profile that I wouldn't get otherwise.

Like all above I have to be in the right mood. Getting naked and having a little play with myself can inspire me. Or trying on some new clothes in a mirror just for myself. Perhaps video yourself doing a striptease and run your hands all over your body trying different poses. Or some of the photo challenges on here can be fun, it doesnt have to be about sexy if its themed.

I quite often take pictures because I'm feeling crap actually. Like, if I feel like a whale in the run up to meeting someone, I might post a not too flattering, totally naked pic to gauge whether anyone is horrified and a positive response often puts me at ease a bit.

I know that's incredibly sad, but just being honest that I've used here for market research purposes . I wouldn't rely on it too much though as it works the other way too - when you're feeling pretty good and someone is really negative it can knock your confidence!

I don't often put up new pics anyway. I know it looks like I put two new ones on today but they're already in my profile in colour and felt like changing them to black and white for my public folder. Otherwise I leave my pics as is unless I feel like putting up an up to date face pic for friends only. Like others have said, I need to be in the mood x
