I would actually enjoy going for runs if...

It weren't for the flies that seem to be trying their hardest to enter me through my face holes it's almost winter on a suburban road wtffff

Also would enjoy it more if I could actually run but that's a different matter entirely

Always hated running. I could play sports for hours but ask me to do 3 laps to warm up and I hated every step.

There is fairly conclusive evidence that distance running is not very good for you and that HIIT and intervals are better.

So I was right all along
