Just wanted to share

Just wanted to share these lovely words. (I didn't write this -came across this on social media).

Barely the day started and it's already six in the evening.

Barely arrived on Monday and it's already Friday.

.. and the month is already over.

.. and the year is almost over.

.. and already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed.

.. and we realize that we lost our parents, friends.

.. and we realize it's too late to go back.

So.. Let's try, despite everything, to enjoy

the remaining time.

Let's keep looking for activities that we like.

Let's put some color in our grey.

Let's smile at the little things in life that put

balm in our hearts.

And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left.

Let's try to eliminate the afters..

I'm doing it after.

I'll say after.

I'll think about it after.

We leave everything for later like '' after '' is ours. Because what we don't understand is that:

Afterwards, the coffee gets cold.

Afterwards, priorities change.

Afterwards, the charm is broken.

Afterwards, health passes.

Afterwards, the kids grow up.

Afterwards parents get old.

Afterwards, promises are forgotten.

Afterwards, the day becomes the night.

Afterwards, life ends.

And then it's often too late.

So.. Let's leave nothing for later. Because still waiting to see later, we can lose the best moments, the best experiences, best friends,

the best family.

The day is today. The moment is now.

We are no longer at the age where we can afford to postpone what needs to be done right away.

It Looks Like An Eternity,

But It's A Short Trip,

Enjoy Life And Always

Be Kind.

Thanks for sharing that Bump and Grind (seems ridiculous calling you that after you’ve posted such a poignant post), life is short and we need to make the most of it, even when times are tough I try to be happy and positive, no matter what happens I have an amazing family and friends and that’s all that matters to me.

Thank you x

Something we ourselves need to take notice of. Very powerful words. Just wanted to share.

It not easy to stay positive, especially at the moment with everything that’s going on and has been going on.

A few years ago I had a mini break down due to stress at work and allowing it to get on top of me. My job isn’t even that important and definitely not worth having a break down over. I took time off and took a step back and considered what the important things are in my life that are worth worrying over....work definitely wasn’t one of them, neither was money, success, status, cars or houses, for me the only things I care about in this world are friends and family, protecting them, being loyal to them and supporting them. If I had wealth and power but no family or friends I’d be miserable but I am very happy without wealth or power but with family and friends.

Pleased you're feeling much better following your break down.

Yes, family and friends always come first, no matter what x
