Why is it, on the first day of your diet, you always crave chocolate? I desperately need to lose weight but I really want chocolate. Its hard to stay strong. What do you do to stick to your diet?

Yes, but dont you find you crave one particular type? For me its a large box of maltesers, don't care if I feel sick afterwards

I don't deprive myself of anything when I'm trying to lose weight. If I want some chocolate I'll allow myself one or two squares just to satisfy that craving. As long as I include it in my daily calories...I once substituted most of my food for a day so I could go out drinking. I wouldn't recommend you do that very often!!

I'm on the 3&5 diet as I know it works for me. I don't have to give up a lot on it but for the life of me I can't find a low fat/low sugar chocolate bar

In my happy place

Buy the 40cal hot chocolate sachets.

It helps. Or take a chromium supplement to kill the sugar habit.

SE London

Before you start, empty the house and eat all the chocolate, sweets and cake you can find to make the diet worthwhile.

Instead of chocolate, try to crave for sex.

Try to get as much sex as you can get, not only it is s satisfying, you also burn calories with the exercise.

And remember, all diets start tomorrow and last until the next day

Dark chocolate squares then

Or you can buy scented things to kill the craving.

I don't. That's why there's currently only half a large Cadburys caramel in my work bag. I offer to share but I kind of want it all to myself

Mr
