No. We need to reduce the use of oil based energy supplies. The UK led the industrial revolution and carbon emissions and has a duty to lead us all away from it

Franking is not cost effective and so damaging. So what if we strat franking and supply is suddenly ramped up from those that control supply? Then suddenly it costs more to produce fracked than its wholesale price again. Suddenly the start up investment is bum and the frackers go bust. Then we have all that environmental harm for nothing.
