"Anything with custard"

Has to be cold custard, with any hot pudding - mostly crumble.

Homemade sticky toffee pudding with Carte D'or vanilla ice cream.

Or

Homemade sponge cake with cooking apples (to keep it moist), again with ice cream. - My mum bakes it just how I like it, I had surgery a few months ago and came home to a full cake.. Just for me

I like a lemon posset.

The year before last I tried a chocolate orange Christmas pud (chocolate, orange and mincemeat), topped with a thin layer of white chocolate.
