Majorty of people wouldn't know a good wine from cheap plonk until you taste the difference. How many people look at the wine list and go by price and posh sounding name. How many actually taste the wine and say that will be fine even though it might taste like dishwasher. How many people actually question the wine waiters recommended (usually cos they make money on it)
